The Cayenne®Bain Marie Display Case keeps food at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal for enhancing food presentation on buffets, carveries, outside catering and resaturants. Complete portable and easy to transport. The Cayenne®Bain Maire Display Case can also be countersunk.
